Payment & Refund Policy

When scheduling a reading or healing session and/or an event appearance with Nan O'Brien and Whisper Productions, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payments:

§ All payments for reading or healing sessions with Nan O'Brien
have to be made using a debit or credit card when you schedule an appointment.

§ All payments for event appearances with Nan O'Brien
have to be made latest ten (10) weekdays before the actual event date using a debit or credit card.
Checks or money orders need to be sent fourteen (14) weekdays before the actual event date to
allow time for the check to clear.

Refunds:

§ All payments for reading or healing sessions with Nan O'Brien
and / or an event appearance are final and non-refundable.

Credits and Re-scheduling:

§ If a reading or healing session and / or  an event is postponed or re-scheduled,
by you, your payment will be fully honored for a new date at the earliest possible time.

§ You may also obtain a credit toward other services or products of Nan O'Brien
and Whisper Productions, Inc., or you can gift your session to a person of your choice.

Nan O’ Brien and Whisper Productions, Inc. reserve the right to modify this Payment & Refund Policy
at our discretion. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Payment & Refund Policy on Nan O’Brien’s or Whisper Productions’ web sites. You agree to periodically review our websites, including the current version of our Payments & Refund Policy. Our Payment & Refund policy is made available on our websites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
